Over the past few weeks, your ADCT board has been helping out on a side project. Local historian Lee Roy Chapman is putting together an exhibition of 50′s propoganda, centered on the era of the Red Scare. The exhibition is to take place at the old Church of Billy Ray Hargis, who the exhibit focuses on. It’s an interesting piece of Tulsa history that actually impacted the entire nation. The show is this Friday, November 9th starting at 7 pm, in the Historic Owen Park Church (302 North Rosedale Avenue). There will be MREs, whiskey, and of course non-flouridated water. Below is a sneak peak of what we’ve been up to. Be sure to spread the word. We’ll see you there!
